Over the holidays I let a few minor bumps derail my Avon choo-choo but I'm back in the engine and this locomotive is picking up steam!
I've learned how to break down a goal, get it into a business plan, and my plan says $75,000 in personal sales for 2012, McConnell Club member, and Executive Unit Leader with 100 reps in my first generation. I can taste the success now. Just this past week and into today, I've signed up 3 new reps and two of my first generation have each signed up a couple more. This business rocks our worlds!
I've seen 'mailbox money', my leadership bonus checks, of $125, which is 125 reasons every 2 weeks to keep working this, in addition to my commissions from sales. I made President's Recognition Program so I now make 40% commission. This is sweet. But it is far from enough for me to begin to get comfy. See, I want total financial freedom, like my idols in Avon, Lisa Wilber and Barb Avery have achieved. Last weekend at our kick of rally for our division, I got to listen to reps from right here in Ohio some within my division, that have achieved the Senior Executive Leader level, making far in excess of 6 figures. I want that. I WILL have that. I have the hunger for the top, I will get there.
